Member and Non-member costs

• Childcare within a three hour time limit is included in the cost of your membership to the fitness center. Additional time will be charged at $3 per hour.
• If you are not a member of One Nineteen Fitness, there is a $3 per hour per child charge for childcare services.

Check-in Procedures

• A completed and signed registration form is required for each child before they can be left in the child care area.
• All children must be signed "in" and "out" each time they visit the Child Care Center.
• You must list the area of the facility you will be using so that we may reach you in the event of an emergency.
• Every child and parent will receive matching arm bands for safety. If a parent does not have their arm band when they return to the Child Care Center to pick up their child/children, they will be asked to provide a valid form of identification.

Activities

• Children 4-6 years old may play in the “Big Kid Room” located inside the child care center. Age appropriate activities are provided for children in the Child Care Center. Please let the staff know of there are any activity restrictions for you child.
  
• In the event the nursery has reached its max capacity of 36 persons, the children ages 4-6 years old will be taken to the playground of the gymnasium. Please retain your armband to pick up your child from these location

   

   

  Snacks

  • Due to potential choking hazards and many food allergies, children are not allowed to bring their own snack to the Child Care Center.
  • Please feed your child meals at home or in the café area before entering the child care center.
  • We will provide "safe snacks" for your child if they want a snack at 10:30am, 2:30pm, and 6:30pm each day. However, we still ask that all food allergies are listed on your child's registration form.
    
  • Please no milk. Only water or juice in sippy cups labeled with your child’s name.
    
  • If your infant is on a set bottle schedule, please feed him/her before drop off. Due to the amount of children, and different age groups, our staff may not have a chance to provide your child with his/her bottle. We will try!

  Illness policy

  • Please be considerate of the One Nineteen Child Care staff and the other children in the center and do not bring your child if they are ill.
  • Any child with a fever, diarrhea, cold, eye infection, or other illness that may be spread will not be permitted in the Child Care Center.
  • Your child must be free of fever for a minimum of 24 hours before they can return.
  • Any child with these symptoms will be turned away from the Child Care Center. The staff may require a doctor's note before your child can return.

  Additional Information

  • Parents will be notified and asked to return to the Child Care Center if their child cries for more than 15 minutes, misbehaves (bites, hits, disobeys the staff, destroys property, disrupts other children), or does not respond to "Time Outs."
  • Continued misbehavior or crying could result in your child being suspended from the Child Care Center.
  • Please do not leave anything attached to your diaper bags such as hand sanitizer or sunscreen. The staff will do their best to keep the little ones away from the cubbies, but please keep in mind that the cubbies are in reach and designed for the children.
    
  • Diaper bags with a zipper closure are preferred, but not required.
    
  • New toys have been purchased and donations are always welcome! Please ask the staff about safety restrictions.
    
  • We advise that children do not bring toys from home because they may get lost or taken home by another child. Comfort items such as a special blanket or a stuffed animal the child is attached to are always welcome.
