Personal Training is a great investment in your health. Personal trainers assess and evaluate your fitness goals to make specific adjustments throughout your workout. Trainers provide professional step-by-step guidance, encouragement, and motivation. Private sessions with a certified Personal Trainer are available and may be customized to fit your needs and goals. Trainers are great for beginning exercisers and conditioned athletes. For beginners, a trainer/coach can help you get started and be consistent in your workouts. If you are an experienced exerciser, then a trainer can help you work on a specific area that you want to refine and improve. All trainers are required to have a degree in Exercise Science or related field and/or have completed an approved national training certification. Personal Training is great for focusing on a specific area or getting ready for a special occasion (class reunion, wedding, anniversary, office golf outing, etc.).
