An eight week, small group, weight loss program coordinated by a registered dietitian.

The program includes:

  • Weekly lectures and group support based on self prepared foods for those who have 20-50 pounds to lose
  • Weekly weigh-ins
  • Fitness assessment and guidance
  • BodPod measurements before and after
  • Topics on eating lifestyle, activity and behavior changes
  • Mayo Clinic book with twelve weeks of healthy menus
  • Free fitness membership for non-members
